Great to be able to get in touch with other folks who love the BX. My first BX was a 1.6 meteor which was sadly written off when i was rear ended while stopped at lights. Since then I have been searching everywhere (well only ebay to be honest )to find a replacement. Although there are a few out there I needed a car that didnt need a lot doing to it, because although i have time to clean and polish, I dont have the time to do any major work.I had almost given up hope when I came across the car I have now, it is a 1.9GTi 8v 1987 it looks as if it has just been driven out of a showroom, 18000 miles and I already love it to bits, even though I had to sell one of my motorbikes to pay for it.The only problem I have found so far is the front end is solid with almost no "bounce" I have been told the spheres probably need re gassing, I will be looking for advice and guidance on this through the forum.
