As title listing spotted F/S on E-bay, (there's something new, also fitted to some Renault 19 model's) !

You'd need to investigate further with a comprehensive radiator supplier or just E-mail the seller of the 99p listing in my first post as they seem to TRADE in radiators also ask them to measure to confirm if the core sizes are 600x378x32 (mm's) ?

Doesn't mention the BX16 MA +/- AC 82-95 fitment like the 99p start one, but now Jay's put a bid on (since my OP) it must the same one for as a lot model/fitments !

The 1600's core is only 440mm (ish), much smaller than the normal full width (600mm) rads the GTi's & Dervs use.

Just confirmed core size with the seller of the top one and it IS 600mm so i'll be bowing out of that one.

Not sure where the fitment issue is but mine is definitely around 440mm.

However, the photo image proportions doesn't seem to reflect that ?


Heres a 1.4/1.6 with a core size of D=360 x L=425 x W=32 mm for a comparison !

Can you see what I mean by the proportions of the core depth to width so to get a 'feel' of what the 99p one may actually fit

But hey I may need a new pair of specs !

Sorry Jay, that posted after you'd just posted the above (But I was putting together my last post) and never noticed yours !
I have a used 1.4 petrol radiator in my garage surplus to requirements, but I'd need to measure it up/check first to see it measures up correctly (D=360 x L=425 x W=32 mm), if your interested in one for a spare ?

seems i won this rad for £1.04,well worth a punt at that, if it dont fit the gti will be up for grabs.

got this in the post today seems identical to the gti rad,. just a few small marks on it and genuine valeo. £16 inc p/p nice result.
