A good BX, which I have known for many years and has been my own transport for the last 2 years. its had a recent cam-belt, tensioner and water pump, it has recent spheres so it doesn't hop down the road, rear discs and pads are recent as are lots of the rear hydraulic pipes and the front strut returns.
If you know bx's you'll appreciate why this makes this a good bet as a daily comfy driver!
being the later diesel it flies along doing 55 mpg on the motorway, and even the heater controls work!
It was owned for a very long time by a friend who i helped to maintain it ( being a bit of Citroen fan!) when he gave up driving he was keen for me to have it so i've used it for all my long journeys ever since, but as i have 3 other Bxs as well and rather less space this has got to go!
whats the bad stuff?
its quite presentable but not spotlessly unmarked! with a few scuffs and splodges around the interior, the seats are a later set from a gti, and the body has a couple of surface rust marks around but nothing terminal, and curiously quite a lot better than my later TZD! -The car has done 176k but starts excellently on recent glow plugs and everything does what it should, the highest mileage one ive owned was 240k and a friend had one on 350 which still ran beautifully so I don't think that longevity of the mechanical stuff is an issue!
All round an excellent daily workhorse for those who like the magic carpet ride, but probably not one for the concourse fanatic!
Give me a call and come have look.
Ollie
Just hope thats just a bit of paper or till receipt lying on the driver seat-base in the photo /\ rather than been worn/torn, also note (If you where thinking of buying/swapping the interior over) its had the rear door cards punched out for the 'Keep fit' window winders

BTW, Is Ollie a forum member ?
If so good luck with the sale, looks a reasonably good buy for someone (having a full MOT) !
