I should have known, the one i bought on ebay for my mk1 and was told its the right part isnt!!

Its a genuine Citroen part and brand new.

Cost me £75 but will take £50
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

is there a difference between MK1 and 2 rear quarter Tim

Yes sadly, theres alot more flared on a mk2 and have a hole and recess on the arch for the stone protection moulding. I considered cutting it up to use as a repair panel as but the profiles wrong.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

:idea: Check with David the part number as it does not appear to have the 'hole and recess on the arch for the stone protection moulding' features like the one which you spotted on E-Bay (albeit being the O/S) as in THIS thread for additional info :wink:

i'd say probably for a Valver as the lower half flairs out below the trim Chanel,

fixable to be fair, if you cant get another, but the one in that picture above is without any doubt at all a Mk1 wing.

yeah, you'd want a good fabricator to get it looking right really.. a new panel is always easiest, when you can get them anyhow..

The Mk1 panel that David had has been sold im told to someone else. Im hoping they may have bought it thinking its a Mk 2 and a swopsie can be done.
