Bought this as an in-promptu couple of months ago as I needed a big car for a holiday, that has now passed and I'd really like to downsize the fleet. I aim to put a new MOT on it when I can at the end of May so I appreciate it's not really in a very sellable condition at the moment. Tax until some point in the summer.
It passed 123456 miles whilst commuting the other day, and using bicycles and trains to get around everywhere I can barely justify one car let alone two. Sadly therefore the big one wants to go.
History file all from the same garage back to 2007, the sacred timing belt and water pump was changed at 97k in 2009.
Since I've had it it's been treated to a new fan belt, some oil and a new back box.
Only one advisory - "steering column flexible coupling is slightly deteriorated"
It's also had a new clutch and pressure regulator this year but didn't get receipts for them (sadly the most expensive bits
) but there's a paper trail of Vince's posts on here. I think he still has them.The roof and spoiler have been severely sun damaged, there's a fair few dents and scratches in the exterior, some of the glovebox hinges are broken, and I had to remove the boot carpet as it was mouldy. Some of the oils leak from some places. It's a bit shed like in places, but drives delightfully and, other than the boot, the interior is lovely. Oh, and it may or not come with the radio as I had to buy it one and I really like it!
Anyway, could anybody offer me a rough "valuation" for when it can get a full ticket?
