Here's a good BX Factoid: did you know that on the BX's launch, Carl Horst Hahn (then CEO of Volkswagen) called it 'the best car in the world'. The Germans have built a few half decent cars themselves - so who am I to disagree?

Sounds like one of the over-excitable ones has got the tale slightly wrong....apparently CEO of VW said it was the "best mid-sized car in the world today" in nineteen eighty-something. Still pretty cool though. Slightly more so because it's believable, unlike the first one

Yes well, there are few offences to the truth mixed in there - but you can't knock their enthusiasm. You have to remember that this is a group of people whose ex-president said that the French have no word for entrepreneur!
