If fluid is p#####g out with the engine running I suspect its a high pressure line poss one of several
To temporarily stop the loss of fluid you can source the leaky pipe and clamp the pipe flat with some mole grips (you'll be replacing the pipe anyway) but DO NOT attempt to drive it anywhere.
Sadly you're now stuck with a car that can't be driven and if its bottomed out even trickier to get it recovered, we've all been there laying underneath a bx on a cold dark winters night f#####g around practising our plumbing skills, and our patience.
It won't be a brake cylinder as they don't have them and unlikely a caliper as they rarely fail.
I'm not sure of the layout of the 16v exhaust but my guess would be its either one of the front to rear h/p pipes or the rear caliper brake lines as these are more susceptible to corrosion if they are are still the originals.
All parts are easily available
Would be a good idea to change all the fr to rr and any others that look past their time as it can become a chore changing as and when.. and costly.
A set of 4 fr to rear pipes and the rear brake and strut pipes will set you back about £200 from Pleaides and could be a days labour dependant on how many fittings are seized and how good your mechanic is. It's not rocket science but having the car on a ramp does make it a lot easier.

Probably either the coil of pipes next to the axle, or the section that curves up and over the fuel tank has rusted through. If it's gushing out, it's probably that.

You will empty your LHM tank very quickly if you drive it and run the risk of loosing PAS and ultimately brakes.
Could your local garage arrange recovery, or do you have AA breakdown cover?
Towing it is an option only with a stiff bar, tho will be quite a bumpy ride.
