Is it travelling along from the sunroof tube outlet which is located behind the vertical panel to the right of the accelerator. The water may not be fully escaping at the sill. Have a check around that area, the tube empties into the sill but if any dirt has built it may be the source. It is a while since I have done much on the BX so working from memory a fair bit.

I would suspect that the front drain tubes are blocked at the top end, had this on mine when right hand cornering i could see water escaping from the headlining above the front passenger door due to blocked drain tubes. Worth checking the rear tubes as well. They are quite fiddly to locate but once you get to them just blowing up the tube will usually dislodge any debris.
