I need to change them on my tzd, I've doused them I wd40 but they all seem seized solid.
Any pointers chaps as I don't want to snap them off!

I've found them much easier to remove if the engine is nice an hot and a good douse over several days in penetrating oil like plusgas is a good idea... I don't think WD40 really works well for this kind of thing..

Once they are cracked off a lot of back and forth about quarter of a turn q a time whilst dousing with oil at same time, nice and easy does it and they should come out without issue,you will need a long reach socket and I believe one is a sod to get at as the metal lines are in the way.
