1992 1.7 TZD White Estate For Sale (E-Bay)

Post by RxBX »

As title listing (K928 BTF) spotted for sale on E-BAY highish miles but only two owners from new !

Looks well cared for as its nice and clean with good solid 'A' posts, O/E 'Z' wheel trims 8)

It just needs a pair of new number plates and the 'Semi-Matt Black' paintwork on the door/window surrounds re-painting to cheer it up a bit !

M.O.T expires at the end of Feb2013, this car has many years left in it yet and I am only selling as I have just bought a new car.Any questions or viewings welcome you can contact me on 01634 780224.Cash on collection.
This car is advertised elsewhere and I reserve the right to remove it from this auction.
Is this is a forum members car by any chance ?

Surely this'll be Chris Salters? IIRC it was advertised on here a few weeks ago.

Hello all,yes the car does belong to a forum member, been on here for a few years now though I lost my password a couple of times and ended with different user names.I was going to offer the car on here first but decided with the high miles it probably wouldn't have raised much interest let alone how long it would have taken me to figure out how to get the pictures on here!.
Out of the blue I was given a Berlingo by a relative a couple of weeks back, half the age and half the miles of the BX,I cant keep both so the Bx has to go,shame, still driving it,Berlingo has been parked up since I got it!.The BX needs a few little things sorting to spruce it up,but its a good solid car,I am sure someone will get a few more miles out of yet.
Well,I dont suppose I will be on this site much in the future,so I would like to thank all the members who have contributed their knowledge and experience on this forum that has enabled a diy mechanic like myself to keep two BX's on the road for the past twelve years.
Good luck for the new year to all,all the best,Paul.

Initial listing supposedly sold for £460 !

But I've just spotted it RE-LISTED :?

Paul, could have you not offered it as second-chance offer to the bidder below the winning one (to save on re-listing/costs) just a thought ?

Good luck, the second time round !

I did do the second chance thing, had a reply but have heard nothing since,so I thought I had better relist it.The winning bidder reckoned that his young nephew may have placed the bid while playing on his computer. An annoying waste of time and money, but what can you do!.Shame for the genuine bidders too, hopefully one of those will take another chance to buy the car.
