I'm slightly disappointed that I very rarely see any old Citroens on the roads these days :(

I fairly frequently come back to Blighty in the BX and gallivant all over the place - from Sussex to the Midlands, East Anglia to the West Country. I've been spotted once (in the car park at Practical Classics' offices, but that's it. I see very few older cars on the roads (and almost never on the motorways, and can't remember the last time I saw a BX (except when I'm specifically visiting a fellow owner). When I do see cars of the same sort of vintage, they are almost always Volvos, VWs and Saabs, with a sprinkling of old Japanese thrown in.

I drive my Gt around Great Malvern and have seen one more driving about but that is all I have seen, are we owners a dying breed, sad if that is the case but I suppose mine is a 1985 model and in quite good nick. Lets see how many modern cars are around when they are an old girl like mine and still able to pass an mot and be a very comfortable, capable ride and still turn heads.

I drive over 250 miles a week in my BX and rarely get spotted either but often flashed by the few other old cars I do see... It seems like most owners don't use them daily anymore.
