1.9 RD estate in white for sale

Post by Discoil »

It needed some welding which then turned into the rear subframe ' falling out '

Been offered £100 by the local yard , so that's what I'll take.
It would come with various front headlamps , a new rear door skin , an almost full rear arm bearing kit ( think it's a seal missing but not sure ),
front bumper has a Turbo spoiler fitted, reasonably good tyres all round ,all seats have been upgraded to the latest model , drivers door has a one touch window down system ( genuine )

We have had it for the last 25 years and has been a willing worker all that time.

I will try to hold onto it for about 6/7 days and then if no interest it'll go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The mounts are ok . Its the metal that came away with a front corner ( both sides of it ) of the rear axle , big style , and then sheared the solid mounting rubber at the rear.

I've nurtured it through 24 / 25 years of ownership and i'm fast approaching 70 years of age. Nearly gone are my mechanicing days.

Probably worth more in parts? Still worth posting on Facebook with exactly what you want for it.

Due to where it was parked, then told it needed to be relocated, I've taken out our things and drove it to the local yard.

I'll post up here the things that I have accumulated / bought including special tools ( I worked in a Citroen dealership ) when I have done an inventory .
