Re: Heuliez's Black 4TC and other cars
I like the brutality of the 4TC design. Much like the Audi UR Quattro, Metro 6R4 and the Peugeot T16, they utilised a shortened wheelbase, so this screws up the cars proportions. Nice to see one in something other than white. €60,000 umm, I wonder what the going rate is for a kidney, can spare one I suppose!

Wasn't a shortened wheelbase....it was a vastly extended front overhang to allow for the crap engine it had to be fitted north/south as they hadn't got any decent transverse 4x4 setups (and never did). I doubt Peugeot were going to let them have the one from the 205 T16mds141 wrote:I like the brutality of the 4TC design. I like them, though I can't honestly say there is a single car there that isn't pig-ugly! I can't see the appeal of that lot TBH!

The 2 door estate looks almost right to my eyes, but I'm known for having odd tastes...
I like the weirdness of the 309 estate having a rear seat door only on one side as well.

The 4TC sold for JUST 32,167 €, which by my calcuation is £27000, which as the car has only done a little over 600miles from new sounds like good value.
That lovely red 3 door dyana break fetched only €,10,167, which £8500!
The high roof 19TRD Surleve was only around £6000!.
A bargain for a pair of NEW BX's!

It looks as though hardly any of the cars reached even their low reserves. Meanwhile people are spunking millions on old Ferraris..
Some real bargains there. I would have loved that 8 seater BX though perhaps getting it registered would have been an ordeal and - just to fool myself that I didn't want it - the boot would have fitted perhaps one briefcase and a wafer thin mint with all those seats filling it up. Where to put the dog, the buggy, the buckets of rubble etc?
