If its a good one yerh id pay that for it as good ones are rare. I wouldent let my olyimpic blue gti go for less than £700 despite what people say.

It's got a shortish MOT, no tax or aircon that's why I quoted the price I did.

That olympic blue ones a real pretty car and worth every penny Rob if you were to sell it! Think is I would haveto find £700 from somewhere

No offence taken BCXM, a car is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, if road tax & insurance wasnt so expensive i would run both BX's as i love the Gti, something about having a quick Citroen.

Like i said, it just keeps on accelerating & anyone in the usual mondeo/focus brigade gets burnt off much to their surprise. Even the Porsche Boxter driver who was surprised that i was flashing him to signal that he was in my way as i was wanting to overtake him, he was doing 100 at the time, woops!!!

Mind u, how many Gti's are there that have long mot with Tax & have a/c that are for sale??? & i bet none have the sphere warranty that mine's got.

Anyway, no one on here interested??? all offers considered.

Well i was offered £500, but i turned it down as the chap wanted me to get some things done on it which would have meant turning to a garage & costing me. So she is still sat on my drive.

Anyone remotely interested?

Car parking dents, service, cambelt & other belts. I can do the service, but cant do the rest without help, so a bit buggered.

If i got all that done i would probably keep the car as it would be way too good to sell for that sort of money.
