Thoughts have turned to how to support ourselves food and drink wise over the duration of the show. I'll be bringing tea stuff (though we'll need a kettle) in the hope we can blag some electricity, but would folk be happy bringing in things like pop, squash, fruit juice and water themselves? That way we can set up a soft drinks area that all standees can dip into. Unless someone is planning a catering approach to sandwich making, we might have to bite the bullet and buy food there, but at least we'll be saving on drinks!
