I had to replace the speedo in my 16v at 90k as its also packed up, if theres history to back up the mileage then great, if not then I would value it just on its condition.

My yellow break has done a mere 6000kms! That's because I fitted a totally new speedo head.
I like that Montego too - don't think I've ever seen one of those. Just have to wear a white 80s tracksuit (Sergio Tachini?) when you were driving it to keep it all colour coordinated!

I think the seller may have his calculator in Octal rather than Decimal

The last advertised price was actually £1400

But the listing has now been pulled !

So was it sold in the end (and if so for how much), Has anyone off the forum secured this one ?
