I just wish they would MOT it, then someone can get a train down there and drive it home ..... I would, worth every penny of £950 if it was ready to drive away ....literally a steal.
The Seller Mark, is moving house soon so the rented lock up will be "handed back", by the sounds of it he has alot of things on his plate, other cars too.
I agree a MOT would be great, but I would imagine with a fresh ticket the price would also rise.
As an indication my GT is insured for an agreed value of £2750, without the plate. Brian Drummond suggested I had undervalued it at the £1750 last year so told me to increase it, purely down to the tiny numbers of Mk1 cars being left now.
Now Im not green enough to say that a car is worth the insurance value, BUT if someone wanted to buy it (its not for sale though) I would certainly be looking for alot more than the £950 this guy wants.

It looks spot on from that picture, sits well and looks unmolested.

IIRC it's 16, cos whenever I do mine, I have to dig for the correct socket at the bottom of my toolbox, as I don't have a 16 mil in my socket set.
Bring on the day when we have sorted our garage out, and I can install my manbench with OCD style arranged tools held up with pins and pencil labels on mdf on the wall .
I've have told him indoors, if I buy this GT, the garage has to be cleared as it will be it's new home.
If I can't get my wheel nuts off, the astra's tool is really good for jumping up and down on, I haven't even managed to bend it yet! I had a ZX in the past, and I remember the nut tool was rubbish, but the jack was very good.
