2cv shop in warminster will have them, they are agents for Mahari Cassis who now make bits for the Visa / C15 with the old Citroen tooling.
I have a Citroen badge but it has the chevrons as well.

I'm not enough of a perfectionist (yet!) to stretch to £15-£20 for just a badge.
