If you do get it. My mate has a trailer, whilst I cannot gaurantee him lending it out, I'd be very surprised if he didn't.

I noticed this earlier on today. Its definately a rare one.....its got the tweed upholstery and the computer. Its also a great colour....only real legends by GT's like that off ebay.
Oh, hang on......I did!
I paid £132 for mine with 2months MOT left and 9months tax. It failed the MOT spectactularly, but it was ok because I'd given the car to my dad two weeks previous
However.....I rate the 19GT as one of the nicest BX's ever made, and I'd happily pay £200 for that car, with or without an MOT. I'm not going to, because I have a 16v, and a mk1 of my own now, which I'd hazard a guess to be even rarer than that. And I'm a sucker for rare cars that no one wants.
At the last count, I'm informed there were 46 remaining GT's in the country, and thats one of the rarest colours.
It even still has the GT decals on the wing, although I can't see the red stripe. The rear spolier looks too big for some reason, as my dad pointed out. Maybe its just me?
Either way......awesome find. Without ebay, cars like this wouldn't surface half as much.

yeah but with normal listings you get a bidder number. Then where bidder number 2 keeps popping up with another fiver you know there are rats about. But with private listings like this you can never tellcavmad wrote:And if you need another reason to keep well away it's a private listing. Always make me suspicious, very suspicious actually, now that eBay hides bidder's identities anyway.
They think it's all over, it is now!

that looks like a good'un. Someone's gotta get it in. What does the computer do ? Can you play Space Invaders? Well, it was the 80s. Maybe this number will be at The National then? Its reared it's head just in time

Exactly, and when you hover the mouse over all this 'bidder 2' nonsense it tells you how much bid activity he/she has had with the seller. Given that eBay hides the bidder id anyway why go private?ken newbold wrote:yeah but with normal listings you get a bidder number.
