The person in question here is "Charlotte001", who was a know-it-all, without actually knowing anything..

well i had my doubts when he or she started posting but when they were asking for a couple of spares and it turned out they only live around the corner from my old mans pub i thought ok so of course i sent i x wing mirror 1x headlamp and of course i have heard nothing boy do i feal a complete pratt

so i am now £20 out of pocket and p***** off
