I've just realised I haven't posted any photos of my car on this forum, so here's one I took this morning.

Full size image after the click.

It's an '89 Australian delivered (DFW) 16 Valve and I'm the third owner.

I'll have to take some photos of the TZi too!

I'll add some more photos to this thread when I take them.

Here is an old (4 years) photo of the TZi.
Looks a little sadder after 4 more years of sunlight.

Great images of some lovely looking cars! The 'Olympic blue'(?) looks great on that TZi.

(top image saved to my 'possible screensavers' folder :D )

Yes, very nice pics. Are they toned a bit to bring out that extra blue?

Is that the car park of Target the department store? The place to buy one's Dunlop Volleys.. I am a convert!

Yeah, I have had a play with the tone/shadows/highlights. Maybe overdid it a bit but I like the effect.

Definitely the place to get Volleys! Great do-everything shoes :D

That rooftop carpark is where I took the photos.

For some reason I thought you were out on the West coast Frog. But you're near Brisbane?

I've been through that neck of the woods a few times going between The Gold Coast and The Sunshine Coast.

Target was the almost the only place to get Volleys after they dropped out of fashion about 15 years ago and no-one seemed to want them anymore. The last ten years has seen a resurgence of interest/nostalgia in the old Volley! Apparently they make excellent roofing shoes as the soles are so soft and grippy so loads of roofers were complaining after they almost discontinued them.

Sorry to pollute your thread with loads of useless info! :D

Yes, looking good. Some moody toning going on with the pics? Heading into summer now down your end I suppose?
