I'm only guessing but IMHO this one may end up @ over the £2k possibly even nearer to £3K mark if you can remember what the Gold MK1 B650 CHJ realised 15 months ago (£1850 hammer price+ taxes):-

That Gold GT sold for £5000 when it was "done" but that is a very special car and in awesome condition.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

im assuming that this is the same one and if so I've met the owner in a carpark as he saw my mk 1 bx and came over for a chat. Should also add that he was a nice bloke and even invited me to see the vehicle.

He told me that although in dry storage he still came in to start it up and it has a full service history, much of it citroen. From his description at the time and the pics now on the advert id wager that its the best you're going to get*.

thanks
Phil

*£2200. Do I get a prize if I've guessed correctly?!

Mk 1 Update car is now at Wolsey Motors Diss, re-commissioning starts next week,
I'm told its straight as a dye on the inside and out, will require a new exhaust boxes rotted out where it been started
and run then left, over a number of years,
Its getting a wash, and some pictures taken, for the album tomorrow
Its to be cleaned underneath and rust proofed and then under sealed,
then all fluids removed and flushed, all replaced with correct fluids etc.
Taxed and Mot, hopefully ready for the road in about three weeks,.,
