John informed me when the car was registered in the UK for some reason it was taxed as a 1.5 not 1.6 so enjoys the cheaper tax of £140 for a year instead of £225!

Noone has stepped up for this sadly, I cant take it on now due to another estate joining the family.

It will get scrapped chaps, which is a real shame.

Even if its bought for parts...

Difficult asking people to part with money for a car that's a massive gamble, however rare it is.

Scrap value is on the up again, apparently £150 is the going rate and thats what it needs to fetch, shame but a change of loyalties and a house move dictates that the cash is important.

Its an interesting possibility but -
Bad timing with all I have to do. I am behind where I had hoped to be on BX.
A long way away when I am not tooled up for moving cars.
Storage left, for free, is in Cumbria (Solway coast).

However if it wants saving and someone wants to do the miles it can be stored up there in a large lean to, till I have repaired a roof on a barn, until they can take it home.

About the best I can do.
