Congrats! I was watching that one myself, though hoping someone would go for it as I need another one like a hole in the head!Samiron wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:11 pm Hi all,
Thanks for all of your help so far, but I have to confess I've been rather impetuous- I managed to pick up the 1.4 Preview F700UFX that's listing ended this morning. I'm hoping she'll be a good introduction to BX ownership! And no doubt I shall be asking many more questions at the weekend when I collect
I had actually replied to your thread early on and written that I'd go for a BX 14 with the TU engine, but my phone died and it didn't post. Luckily, I didn't need to! The BX14 is an excellent car, I love them. With a TU lump in (like yours has) they're a better car than a BX16, IMO.

Yeah that, my first bx was a red 14re B269KPE with the suitcase engine 4sp box, thrashed relentlessly from 80, 000 to 130000 by myself probably only saw one oil change with the odd top up, think the top end rattled itself to pieces in the end
Isn't the 1.4TU same as fitted to the AX gt? And quite tunable?
Agreed with above the 1.4 did seem more lively than the 1.6 I had.
