I'd like to nominate Liz, my long-suffering wife who has persuaded me to KEEP THE BX. It's now in her name. With her registration plate. And it AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE... (to paraphrase)...
So...
Where's the humble pie?.....

Well, I may well do that, Matt. I guess now that Liz and I have the car and we're going to keep it - and spend some money on it - there's every chance it could do another 20-30k. It might be nice to see if we could get it to quarter of a million! In which case I'd need to do the Citroen Classic Challenge in it to push up the mileage!
I just put £30 of 95RON in it. Which will do me for about 110 miles daily driving. And you wonder why I wanted a diesel*?
*which might do easily 225 miles for the same money. But hey, I am a slave to style, eh? (Or under the thumb )

Maybe one day I'll be as awesome as Liz. Quite brought a tear to my eye!
