Bumper Thingy wotsits

Dunno what they are called, its the black rubber finisher bit that fit on the front bumper nearest the wheel at the top where it meets the wing, not the long thin L shaped rubber bit (although I could use a set if anyone has any for sale)

Is that the same bit that i think is missing off my txd? If it is, its a hollow piece of rubber that is thicker at one end & gets narrower, i do have one, but its destined for my car unfortunately.

It appears to serve no purpose apart from looking a bit nicer (or is it supposed to be a slight cushion between bumper & bodywork?), why the bumper didnt just come with that piece attached i dont know.

Good luck with the search, probably best getting them from a scrapper as i suspect they wont be made anymore due to lack of demand.

Tim this 'Thingy' is called a 'Blade Set' strange name

I would have named it something like 'Bumper Cap' .
Item number 5 as below and these will be handed.
The listing just shows a change @ RP no 4755/4756 unless the SET in 'Blade set' means a pair for one car ?
Strange that the 'L' shaped rubber cover part it not illustrated/listed unless its on another slide !

Ordered a new set from Citroen as they SAY they are still available so all sorted now thanks.

For your info there £7:26 + VAT par pair, there NOT available as a single unit though !
The Part number is :- 95 643 658 YB for RP no:- 4756 and >

The Rubber 'L' shape top bumper cover/cap strip is a problem though as that's not showing up on the Stealers slide same as in the on posting (Six above this one) but if it is possible to furnish them with a part number they can check availability

Lol well this is the same Citroen dealer that had to order me in an oil filter for the ST Tropez and the new parts guy hadnt seena BX before!, so whether these will ever materialise or not is another matter.
