Im sadly selly my bx. MOT TILL JAN 2012 TAXED TILL NOV 2011
Becase im getting a 1.8 16valve zetect mondeo on a t plate With mot till december and road tax till october. For a amazing 130 pound. I cant afford 2 cars

Its a red 1992 TXD TD hatchback 185.000 miles
Good bits
alloy wheels
60 watt speakers
Headlight protectors
Twin fans
Suspansion goes up and down really fast.
The accumentor sounds really quite.
The engine sounds sooomth once its started up. Tiny bit rough for a second or 2. But after. 1 or 2 seconds it really sweet.
Goes and drives really well.

NIGGLY BITS
Rev counter doesnt work
Trip switch not working
The steering get hard now and a againe. Mabye belt need tightning. But its no where near as bad as my last bx.
It seems to steer better when theres a bit of wieght in the car. Or it could be due to the LHM fluied not warmed up.

Bits what needs doing
Theres a small hole in the boot.
I reccomand a good wax oiling on the back.
And theres a bit of the bottom of the car whats needs painting black.

Bits what ive done.
Spayed the 2 lower panels at the back of the car. I got the rust off and spayed it. It looks a lot better since ive got it.
Spent monye on making the engine not smoking when starting.
Serviced it a month ago.
The cambelt doesnt need chaging till anther 20.000 miles

I use the car every day for work. It is a good car. A complete car. I might finish it off my self. As in the hole in the boot. Give it a good wax oiling. At the back and finish of the painting.

I am sad to let it go. But the car what im getting for 130 is a steal. And i think its time to move on.

I bet in less than a years driving you will have spent more on petrol than the difference in price of the 2 cars, work out some figures, you might not think its that cheap afterall....

I was thinking about getting rid of the mondeo. Last nite Ill love a xanntia more then a mondeo. I got it for 130 be collecting it in 1 or 2 weeks. Its a steal.
If anyones got a xantia ill love to swap.
Famliy might be bit peed off. As in my grandad travling to yorkshier and back for it. Plus my uncule mark who would like a oppertunity at the moment to make money.
