I WANT to go. But can I?
And...
Five-time World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb will be making his Goodwood debut at this year’s Festival of Speed (3-5 July), driving his trusty Citroen C4 WRC up the famous 1.16-mile Goodwood Hill, as well as around the event’s challenging purpose-built Forest Rally Stage.
Loeb’s first appearance at Goodwood will give his large British fan base a rare chance to see him in action at very close quarters on tarmac, sliding through the gravel and in person. His dominant Citroen C4 WRC will also be on display in the dedicated WRC paddock, located near the main Formula One paddock area at the Festival. Loeb will be joined on Goodwood Forest Rally Stage by a host of other rallying legends past and present, including Walter Rohl, Stig Blomqvist, Hannu Mikkola, Bjorn Waldegaard and Rauno Aaltonen. A rare ex-works Group B Citroen BX 4TC rally car will also be in action on the Stage.
Other Citroens making their Goodwood debut will include the amazing GT by Citroen concept car, which will be seen in action publically for the very first time anywhere in the world driving up the hillclimb as part of the popular Sunday Times Supercar Run.
