I thought I'd lost these thanks to an issue with my Photobucket, but they are back. I therefore decided to share some BX pics again: Sorry if you've seen them before. BTW is ELF still with Mr Gould?

RoLO is a cube I'm afraid, drove her onto the scrap truck myself. Unfortunately they current owner had to move house, very unplanned and with only 2 weeks to find a new place and move out, the car was the last thing on everyone's mind.
Bless, the car hadn't been run for two and a half years and was parked with the fuel light on, but a quick charge of the battery and she started on the button and ran, and drove, suspension wasn't creaky or slow to rise. It was a sad sad day indeed, and neither of us wanted to see her go!
I have the last ever pictures of RoLO at home, and after several years of being parked outside, she wasn't looking to sorry for herself at all! I'll dig them out when i get home.
RoLO was pretty darn special. The stupid car eat one of its own hydrualic lines and went to the scrapper with said hydraulic line still duct taped together. A low pressure line, but the sheer determination of that car to please its owner was uncanny.
Pics as promised, please ignore the dodgy rims, we saved the alloys;

Halfords must have made a mint from BX owners with those wheel trims, how many times have you seen them fitted?????

I saw Pilsy at the weekend, and we had a short chat about RLO, we both really regret chopping in that car, and now he's after another BX! There was no reviving to be done, it was a going concern (bar a split leak back hose). The issue was that we needed to move the car there and then as Pilsy was getting booted out of his house.
It is a real shame, second best BX i've ever been in, i don't know any BX'er who has been in it who didn't think it was special. I certainly wont make that mistake again!
