Roger caught me waiting to pounce on the owner

Tabs will be kept, believe me, although the owner is very dismissive about parting with it. Couldn't even tempt her with my C5 V6 :(

She's old not stupid! :D

I think you're using the wrong bait - try her with a bag of 'Werthers' and a bottle of Temazepam - old ladies go crazy for that s***! :D

Got to admire her spirit for sticking with the BX - did you steer her towards the club? We could do with a few more birds around here!

You want to be careful stalking old ladies in Belfast. They usually know people...

I've got an Mk.1 RD and it's got two mirrors. That's about it in terms of extras : wind-up windows, manual locking, no PAS, plastic everywhere rather than the carpet trim that came with the 'TRD'. Ken could be onto something offering the old girl a PAS BX with two mirrors!

I think spec varied from region to region perhaps. My German TRD has electric windows all round, my French scrapper TRD only has electric windows in the front.

Ireland does tend to have different model specs to the UK. Due to taxation etc. cars can be a lot more expensive over there compared to here. On various visits to my parents I've seen the odd low spec model that isn't sold over here, and several van variants (which are not subject to the same duty). Xzara VTR van anybody???

This car definitely had central locking... I heard it going when she turned the key!
