Re: BX Club at the NEC - we have a stand!
The layout is that we're on an 'island' with 2CVGB behind us. There are no walls apart from what display units 2CVGB use. I have spoken to the chap organising that stand but he's not fixed the layout yet. In principle, they have no problem with us using the rear of their stands for our stuff. They have folding display units, so there could be a fair amount of space to cover.

Those prices do seem a bit "strong" and Im sure we can do better, the banners would be a good investment, I am happy to chip in towards them.
I think Nigel Wild is the an to ask as I think it was him who got the 30th anniversary banner done?

Fair enough. Not sure I can contribute any more cash though. I've included an £11 donation from myself in the total raised so far (still awaiting payment from a few people I think. Mark and Vanny (who's still in Spain I guess) I don't think I had cash from you over the ICCCR weekend but if you thing you did pay up, let me know!

I think if we could get at least one banner with bx club on it for the NEC that would be a good idea as the 30th Anniversary will be defunct come next year

I also am happy to chuck a bit in towards it. I think the banners for now would be great.

I'm unable to attend as my brother is getting married on the Saturday and it will be a fairly hectic weekend for us, I be happy to make a contribution to the banner or any other printing costs etc.

Right
Heard back from Nigel regarding the Banners, he recommends Award Banners in Leeds, who did the ICCCR work and the East Midlands CCC Group too, if someone can russle up some artwork and decide on sizes then we can get a quote from them too. Are we happt just to have the club logo and webaddress?

Tim, the banner we had made up for the ICCCR was from "award" banners. It should have been £30. If we have two made up at £60 I'll pay for one of them.

Re: BX Club at the NEC - we have a stand!
Ok no worries, been speaking to Paul, I was thinking of 2 off 3m long x 1m tall with just the logo (as per top corner of the screen). If we can get those made for £60 the pair that would be excellent!

I have a 'master' PDF of the BX Club logo - so whoever needs it, let me know (Paul?). I can always do the artwork myself, so don't hesitate to ask (maybe a collaboration?), just need a decision on content and final sizes.
