Crap advert but intriguing!

Ones a BX 14(very rare) by the looks of the wheel and body coloured window surrounds and the others and 14RE I always get excited when I see a red Mk2 Hatch as I would dearly love to find E945AVW, but thats not it as it didnt have mudflaps....and had done 155000 miles twenty odd years ago!

Matt It clearly isn't (if you read the shuttle differences that Tim has outlined)

Also if you compare the rear bumpers the first photo's show's a plain Red plastic bumper vs the second photo's shows a painted/colour coded one !

1. Body coloured door surrounds.
2. Pin stripe along the mid line.
3. Wheel trims v plain steels.

No because although you got the pinstripe,you missed the different sized and different coloured

Only the "TR" and GTi models had sunroofs prior to the Mk2 P2 facelift in 1990. After that the 16TGS and 19TGD which replaced the RS/RD gained them, along with a revcounter etc.

Hi,
Thanks for your interest, I have 2 BX 14s for Sale. 1st BX14 is F323 YFK Bought new by me 01.08.88 from Bouts motors Wolverhampton, Last MOT July 30th 1993 milege 56149 - used untill 31st Jan 94 (milege approx 61K) The car was running fine.
My 2nd BX, is a BX14RE No E442 STG Ist Reg 26.01.88 bought secondhand 31.12.2002. Last MOT issued june 2002 milege 63278, car used untill june 2003. The car ran fine - but the pre MOT check indicated some welding was required under the bonnet. I was quoted £80.

I have paperwork on both cars, they have current SORN .

So ones a BX 14 (not an E but just a 14)

which is uber rare, no rear wiper, 145 section tyres and even a 4 speed gearbox

and the others a 14RE so are both the early type engine.

Any takers?

He wont get £295. I would offer £100...
