.....driving a BX I mean!
Ours had been off the road for a while, courtesy of a local Brit who took forever to fit a replacement pinion on the steering rack, and then could not get it to work. Got fed up waiting, got a replacement rack from a steering supplier over here, and fitted it myself.
Car back on the road, tracking checked, replaced the back three parts of the exhaust, and indicator stalk, and its now sporting a fresh CT for another 2 years.
Done about 150 km in the last two days, and on Friday my mate and I are treating it to a new cambelt, water pump, and crankshaft seal to stop some of the oil leaks.
Realised we had bought this car over 6 years ago, cannot remember the last car we owned for this long.

That's brilliant:) it's only been a few weeks for me but I can't wait for my BX to be match fit! Post some pics of your revitalised car! And if you're able meet us all at the end of the Challenge in June in Falaise

nice to hear you're back in a BX... the engine you dropped off in Gloucestershire for me is doing sterling work in my TD estate still...
