2007 Peugeot Partner 1.6HDi - everyday work horse, totally reliable but so dull
60k miles on my homemade biodiesel so mega cheap to run!
1967 Singer Chamois Coupe - owned since 1998, fully restored by myself - love it.
1991 Kawasaki GPz900r - owned since 2004, awaiting light restoration & a bit of TLC.
2002 Triumph Daytona 955i - bought in 2014 so that I could take Kawasaki off the road to restore - that's my excuse anyway

Hi Mark, it was definitely a white GTi, I even checked it against DVLA's database to see if it was on the road. The registration was E***FCJ, it might be local to Kirkcaldy as a mate at work told me where it was sitting as he knew I was on the look out for one.
Cheers Jim

Hi Jim,
Nice to see someone 'local'to me on here!
Have you had your BX a while? I Like the idea of home made Bio diesel, do you have to eat a lot of chips for that?
Cheers, Pascal

Hi Pascal, that's one nice looking GTi you have mate
I'm a very new BX owner, I only bought mine at the end of last month, it was advertised on Car and Classics and surprisingly local being in Airdrie! It's running great on biodiesel, as does my 2007 Peugeot Partner 1.6hdi, the BX is much mopre fun though
I've got a few jobs to take care of on it but nothing too major and it seems to be in decent enough nick.
Would be good to meet up sometime and compare BX's, I've never been up close to a gti one before, and I'll let you sniff my exhaust, bound to make you feel hungry
regards, Jim

This was my GTI 16v I sold it to a guy in that area about a couple of years ago. I owned it for about 3 years from 2010 I think. It was a car I had to save.!!
