Hi all I just joined the forum as I have just picked up a rather tasty 1991 BX Image today, an absolute bargain from the original owner with only 105,000km (60,000 miles) from new, every stamp in the book, everything works, car is like new inside and other than a couple of minor bumper scrapes outside is like new outside too (No Rust anywhere!!!). Starts on the button and drives perfectly.Just had flat spheres which I swapped on collection for a set of my Xantia as a get me home fix.
New Spheres now ordered from Blighty and then off for an Austrian MOT (Pickerl).

This is the latest in a long line of Magic Carpets I've owned, starting with my first car, a 2CV in 1988, then a CX IE Safari, CX20RE Safari, CX 2.4 GTi, CX22 TRS Familiale, BX1.9D, BX1.9GTi, Xantia 2.0SX, XM2.0 Premier, Xantia 1.8 16v SX, CX25 GTi, Xantia 1.9TD SX, Xantia 3.0 V6 Exlusive. At this point we escaped to Austria and so I'm starting again (although the Xantia 1.9TD came with us).

To say I love all things Hydropneumatic is the same as my love for Kawasaki Motorcycles.
