Not sure what the actual shape of that hose is in reality.
Assuming you can't find a new replacement for that pt.no., what you could do - to avoid taking the car off the road - is to acquire a used hose from one of the cars currently being broken, and use that as a pattern to obtaining brand new 'universal' straights/bends (eg from Metalcaucho, or any of the other aftermarket hose suppliers), to reproduce the part.

Have just posted some info about their universal items:

Go to a local breakers yard and have a trawl sure you'll find something that could be Heath Robinsoned.

Today’s mini task

Door speaker upgrade.
The factory speakers, even 30 years ago, are terrible

This mini upgrade was cheap, with a noticeable increase I. Range and volume before distortion sets in.

Will add tweeters and a under seat sub as time permits.

Today, after 10 minutes research on this forum and 5 minutes work I resolved the issue with. the cooling fan not coming on often ( as far as I could tell )

The connectors on the sensor at the bottom of the radiator were " proper manky". The attached plug was in the same condition and not properly connected.

A quick clean of all connectors and a fan test by individually shorting out the common pin to the 2 speed connectors confirmed the fan was all ok.
Had a cup of tea with engine running just to confirm the fan was working as designed - happy days.

Today was electrical day.

In order to cure my first world problem of having to turn on the radio and the CarPlay unit every time I start the car, ( and when I stop the car) I rewired both the cigarette lighter and the radio to a new Ignition live supply. ( my CarPlay runs of the cigarette lighter). Its the little things

A couple of piggy back fuses and some new cable

I did attempt installation of a Alpine 173BT car radio. Sadly it was defective so that will continue another day.

Installed the under seat JBL Sub. sadly I can't test it until a new radio arrives.

I had forgotten what a nightmare the wiring Is behind the radio, and the crazy short aerial lead ( 10cm extension now ordered)

Oh,whatever the Haynes manual says about accessing the cigarette power connector - it suggests removing the front facia - wasn't ideal.
For me - it was impossible. The panel would not come loose. Its far easier to remove the glove box, clock and trinket tray

Infuriatingly short coax aerial leads are a long PSA tradition, with only enough of said lead available to get the plug back in as the radio is pushed back into its housing! Unforgivable, but with heritage. #-o

Yes, you need hands the six of a small monkey to connect the aerial to the radio.I have ape like hands, so have no chance of getting behind the radio.
