undertray
I've fitted a lower engine cover to my 4x4 but would like the gearbox side a bit more enclosed,the splash guard on this side is only small. Were any models fitted with a bigger one, ie a mirror image of the one that covers the engine pulley etc.

XM's have a engine undertray, you could try to modify one of those.
