Re: a little help please
Not sure on that as the bx uses pug 405 floorpans i believe, you could always just measure out the runner centres and bolt fixing holes etc, and compare,i wiuld suspect that they wouldnt be too far out. I once fitted xantia front seats into a c15 van without any alterations.

Re: a little help please
AFAIK the BX proceded the 405 by some 5 years, so it's highly unlikely the above statement is correct.
As for the seats, i believe they are either a match or close match. If not, a couple of holes & bolts in a bit of flatbar would quickly solve it. The runners DO have multiple mounting holes in them so shouldn't e too much trouble.

I have zero patience for your tedium.

Re: a little help please
It's the other way round apparently, the Pug 405 was designed on the BX floorpan!

Re: a little help please
Yup. 405 developed from the BX, 309 was a Talbot Horizon replacement. Mind you, think the sporty ones used very similar seats to the 205, with which it shared a great deal.

Re: a little help please
When I tried putting a BX driver seat in the 405 the spacing was just different enough to not work. I therefore broke the seat squab of the 405 so it would take my girt bum without giving me back ache. BX seat is beautifully comfortable in comparison, for me - when the back is not falling off! I'm a big bloke and was on my third seat in the old Estate. The real bugger of it was the local scrappy had a 405 in it with leather interior set in good condition. Just as my 405 croaked. What sort of numbty does not sell off a leather interior before scrapping a car?

Ive got a really great set of MK 1 leather seats in Mollie thanks to Tim. Not yet given then a feed of hide food but that will be done. Come off a famous BX too ive been lead to believe.
