BX GT MK1

Hi there, does anyone on the site have any idea of how much to ask for a MK1 GT. I am thinking of putting her up for sale as I don't use her as much as I should and it seems a waste to have a nice motor just sat on the drive. The car itself has 10 months mot, 74000 on the clock with a brand new weber carb fitted. It is Sphinx Gold in colour and in good nick for a 1985 car. As stated I might change my mind about selling but thought I would just test the market and see what interest I would get. Please, decent offers only as we all know how rarely these come up for sale. I really love the car and if I sell it the next owner will be happy with her. The only thing that doesn't work is the tacho, which was working before she had the carb fitted to her.

That's a shame, GT are rare, if its in good condition it should be worth £2500 I would say if not more.

The rev-counter may be just a wire off.

Sad to be selling, but good that more GT's are getting around and about. I've found with my GT that the plugs on the back of the instruments aren't very secure, and the plastic motherboard like stuff is de-laminating from the plugs, fiddly french electrics!

Best of luck, oh and pictures are always a good thing, I don't think I have seen any of your GT.
