It is regret that I must sell my Meteor, as I have bought a car I have wanted for a long time. And a house move also means money can not be invested in it.
The car is a BX 1.6ltr TGS Meteor.
The good points. Everything works, full stainless exhaust, interior in good condition, boot and rear all welded up at Chevronics, new tyres on alloys.
The bad points. Paint is not too good, and there is a small bit of welding required at the bottom of the B post.
I have the correcorrect wheel trims for it, and a set of mis-matched steel wheels, should the alloys not be required. Or I could remove the wheels from my new estate.
I would really like this car to be bought back and looked after, as before I bought it would have been destined for the scrap yard. So it would be a good project for some one with the skills to finish it.
It is based in Derbyshire, and I am looking for £800 ono.

yes, its in decent but not silly concours standard, I'm looking to fit seat belts as the wife wont let the kids in it without them and lets face it the world is a different place to 1963. it's a MK2 3 litre ( straight 6) in admiralty blue. bench seats front and back. as with all old cars always a list of stuff you want to do to them though
