erm, dunno, went on auction sometime this morning i guess but it was just tooooooo tempting not to really! At that price i thought i better just do the buy it now rather than risk waiting for a reply from the seller, and with PugSpares being based in the same location it would deffinately been for the chop! So all's good now, just need to see what condition its in and what needs doing to keep it on the road and i'll report in (hope to go see it tomorrow!)

Vanny, just up and still trying to convince myself I`m sober. Found your answerphone message at stupid o`clock this morning hence I haven`t replied yet.
I`ll call you later mate and we`ll get ctacking if you like. I`ll be out between about mid-day and 3.30pm mate and free after that.

Rescue mission complete. Hats off to Vanny`s BX for towing a large trailer c/w 16V on the back and putting up with me driving it. I even managed to reverse at one point without hitting anything!

I am gobsmacked at how little effort billy put in . . . to driving the car with the trailer on tow! The car really wasn't vexed at all, which is good for low compression on all cylinders and one cylinder with next to no compression (which is becoming fun in the mornings!).

Thanks to billy for stirling work on the marathon return trip along every little country road around nantwich (stupid tom tom), just hope the missus wasn't too upset with you getting in late, and thanks to charlotte for coming and keeping billy company :D

Pleasure mate and my little one loves coming along when I`m moving cars.
She wasn`t keen on the farm though (well, not in the dark anyhow!) and keeps asking when I`m getting that Bentley in the factory window. I told her when she gets a well paid job once she`s left school that she can buy me one.
Even Mrs Cavmad was quite jovial when I got back, must have been wind.
