Got me a new rack, but does anyone have a ram in good condition available too? Seems pointless fitting my old one when it would then be the only thing left that I haven't changed since my steering died!

Thanks for the offer Chris. I actually managed to haggle a genuine brand new one down to £60 so I went that route, as its more than half that in fuel to drive to your and back!

I'll happily exchange that request for a gearbox though :lol:

Knowing the right people at ECP :)

Annoyed really, cos they were £25 to clear not so long ago, and the racks were £34 (and come with the pinion valve). I bought my rack for £65 which still worked out cheaper than buying an overhauled pinion valve alone!
