We are not able to move the boys school and I simply think it is unfair to the car to keep doing over 250 miles a week in it.
I have done nearly 11,000 miles in it since I boought it in January and the only time it failed to get me where I wanted to go was when the ignition module died.
So here's the details and I make no apology for this advert being long.

119,650 miles but this will increase.

three owners from new including myself ( although wifes name is on the V5 )
Cambelt changed at 107,779 so less than 12,000 miles ago (head rebuilt + tensioners ,fanbelt, hydraulic pump belt ,thermostat and waterpump changed at the same time )
the first owner ( and old gent) had it from new until August 2010 when he sold it to the garage who used it as a runabout until I bought it in January 2012.

front N/S strut return pipe
heater tap/valve replaced with a cleaned second hand one and now works perfectly
two oil and filter changes
new front brake pads ( discs checked and found to be fine )

Dizzy cap and rotor arm replaced

fuel pipes replaced under bonnet (from pump to round thingy, pipe to carb and return pipe reinstated)

the bodywork is very presentable
there is no rust at all near the door hinges
any surface rust has been rubbed down , treated and primed ready for paint
the dent in the offside wheel cover panel that was present when I bought the car has been knocked out and needs finishing
the rust in the nearside rear wheel cover panel has been ground out , treated and primed
There is a small area of rust in the nearside front inner wheel arch that has been treated and primed ready for paint ( may need a little weld )
The only issues with the car is it can take a little while to start when hot and I think it would benefit from a relay in the starter motor circuit as suggested in the tech section ( I have the relay )
there is an lhm drip from the front near the accumulator sphere ( pipes may just need nipping up ) and the front offside brake bleed nipple is seized ( all others loosened and bled at cxm )
I am looking for as close to £400.00 as possible for the car
